To send your file, please ensure it is in a CSV (Comma Separated Values) format. (Note: There are many different CSV formats, but the one you need to select says “comma separated values”.) Please arrange the columns as follows:

• Column 1 = NAME
• Column 2 = EMAIL
• Columns 3-7 = optional tags/labels.

Email the file to support(a)eponamail.com and include the following:

• Name
• Email address used to order
• Email address where you’d like to see the data back if different
• Order number

Thank you. Our goal is to return the file to you within 1-2 business days from submission (dependant on time zones, when file is received by us, number of emails, etc.) We strive for sooner, rather than later.
