This plan comes with 20,000 email sends per month. The sends will reset on your renewal date. Should you need additional sends before your renewal date, they can be purchased for $3 per 5000 sends. Please open a ticket to request this and we’ll invoice you or you can purchase directly from your dashboard in Epona Mail.
Please allow 24 hours for your newsletter service to be activated and for you to receive access information. This also allows us time to update your basic template with your information including the FREE Epona Mailbox which comes with your subscription.
Concierge services are invoiced and paid separately.
All newsletter plans are subject to our terms and conditions. Your use of the Epona Mailbox is also subject to our terms and conditions.
Newsletter services are nonrefundable.
